Spaze (hereinafter, “Spaze”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a social networking mobile application that provides a platform to plan your activities in a whole new way. Spaze helps you connect, socialize, and meet. When you use Spaze, you share information with us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our mobile services, website, and any software provided on or in connection with Spaze services (collectively, the "Service"), and the choices we give you to control, access, and update your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

Information you share:

  • Your username, password, e-mail address, phone number, and date of birth when you register for a Spaze account.
  • Profile information that you provide for your user profile (e.g., first and last name, picture). This information allows us to help you or others be "found" on Spaze.
  • User Content (e.g., photos, videos, activities and other materials or information explained above) that you post to the Service.
  • Communications between you and Spaze. For example, we may send you Service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). Note that you may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.

By using our Service you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to create and upload User Content to the Service and share it with your followers and the public. “User Content” includes, but not limited to, any photo or video posted, activity created, invitation/request sent or received, rating of places, your location, as well as any other material or information typed, entered, captured, shared or sent by or to you, or required for the use of our Service. This means that other Users may search for, see, use, or share any of your User Content that you make publicly available through the Service, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Our Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users"). Spaze may collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you. We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User. We may gather personal or non-personal information in the future. Automatically Collected Information

Information about your device hardware and software may be automatically collected by Spaze. Our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of Spaze.   • When you visit the Service, we may use cookies and similar technologies like pixels, web beacons, and local storage to collect information about how you use Spaze and provide features to you.
  • We may ask advertisers or other partners to serve ads or services to your devices, which may use cookies or similar technologies placed by us or the third party.

Spaze secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

How we use your information:

In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive to:

  • help you efficiently access your information after you sign in;
  • remember information so you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service;

Children Under Thirteen

Spaze does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this Service. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Your choices about your information:

  • Update your account at any time by logging in and changing your profile settings.
  • Your profile is private. Only your followers can see it.
  • Share your story with one follower, a group of followers, all of your followers, or with the general public. If you choose to share it with the general public, then any Spaze user can see it.
  • Your location will only be shared when you post a story, and it will last as long as the story lasts.

Following termination or deactivation of your account, Spaze, its Affiliates, or its Service Providers may retain information (including your profile information) and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.

Changes to this Statement

Spaze will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. Spaze encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how Spaze is protecting your information.
